Default browser question

Hey guys I might be one of the only guys who like the stock browser, but its really bugging me how after a few second the status bar comes down over the address bar and you have to barely touch the bottom of the address bar to access it. Anybody know how to fix it or anything. I've used Dolphin the last 2 yes I just wanted to give this a try
