Aside from the fact that I don't get group messages from Apple users, I really hate the texting on my relatively new Samsung. Can someone help me figure out how to keep all the entry points in my contacts from popping up when I'm trying to text someone? When I enter a name, I get every phone number and email address within their contact even though I have their mobile number set as the default (it's not even the first one that shows up in the list which just seems odd and downright senseless). What's the point of having a default if it just gets lost in the mix? I've tried turning off my sync options, turning phone off and back on again. I HAVE NOT set my sync to ON again after turning the phone back on because frankly, I manage all of contact on my phone and don't have a need to sync constantly with other devices. Any ideas on how to clean this up or do I need to live with it?
