Default E-mail App Question

Is there a way to select multiple e-mails within the default Google e-mail app?

I want to select all of my trash at once to delete it rather than going one by one.

once the app is up, hit menu.....delete.....menu (again) and you'll see Mark All and Unmark All.

Viola. Mass delete.
