Default (Exchange) Email Notification Bubble

Does anyone know if there is a way to get the default email app to create a notification bubble (red dot with number) in the dock? I used the Gmail app which would keep a bubble on the dock to tell me how many new emails i had, but now I need to sync my work email and I can't get it to show emails like that.

I'm using Launcher Pro.
