Default launcher - apps in folders change order

Hello everyone. I did a search of this forum but can't see any posts about this particular problem.

I'm using the default Samsung launcher and have a number of folders on my screen which contain apps in the order that I use them most. Over the last couple of days I've noticed that the order has changed randomly - they are completely jumbled up. Its happening in two folders in particular which I access a lot. I've re-arranged them back into my preferred order and then an hour or two later I've noticed they've gone back to a jumbled order.

Has anyone else noticed this? Its annoying because I am opening the wrong apps because they aren't in the place I expect them to be!

I'm not sure this will do the trick, but you could give it a try. In the Apps list, try changing the default sort order from recent to alphabetical. My apps aren't rearranging themselves, and that's how my sort order is set.

Thanks for the response. I had already applied the A-Z sort but it still re-organised the apps in my home screen folders.

Happened again tonight. Not all folders - just one. ??????
