Default screen timeout

Any ideas on how to get the screen timeout to stick? Mine is set to 30 seconds and I want it at 30 minutes. I reset it through settings -> screen -> and it holds until i plug in to recharge when it resets to 30 seconds. Ideas?

Hmm, mine holds the same time for both (plugged and unplugged). Have you tried rebooting and then see if it still happens?

Many rebooted. I use at work while seeing patients and occasionally plug in to boost the battery (somedays i need 10 -12 hours) . Frequently when i plug in, but not always it resets to 30 seconds. At night I turn it off and it always resets. Frustrating when i put it down to examine a patient.
