Delete from music player

I want to delete songs from a music player, any suggestions? I'm culling out unwanted songs. I can listen to the song then delete right away.

what music player? where are the music stored? google music or in sd card?

Assuming the OP is talking about Google Music. What is the delay after a song is deleted for the library to update? I just deleted an album and it is still appearing in the library.

Yea happened to me. I think you have to delete all data to fix it. Only way i deleted it :/ turning off cache also helps me not getting un wanted songd

or got to google music settings and click "refresh"

Can someone please provide the exact location of the folder where Google music is stored on the phone.
