Delete without warning

I had a EVO 3d prior to the SG3 and there was a check box allowing me to skip the warning message to confirm if I wanted to delete an email? I cannot find this? Why would this be removed?

Was it Gmail or the built-in email app? Could be a skin difference between HTC and Samsung.

It was in the main email app on HTC. Makes sense, everyone makes changes to android, but I do find it rather annoying to have to hit yes every time. That is why we have a trash can, so we can recover documents.
