Deleted Apps reappear?

So, I deleted all the bloat ware off and when I downloaded the Android Central app I noticed half of the apps were on the phone again.
I never saw a download progress arrow nor did I see any notification of them being installed.

What's causing this? Thanks

Maybe you removed the icons from your homescreen but did not actually Uninstall the apps.

No sir. I went into settings. Apps. App manager and deleted them one by one

Hmm, that is quite the odd happenstance. Did all of your deleted apps come back, or just a couple? Did you get confirmation of the apps being deleted? Sometimes when I'd go to uninstall/delete bloatware apps, I'd get a notification saying it couldn't be done as it would mess with my device's performance.

No, I deleted them. Never opened the apps. I didn't care about notifications that's why they were deleted. All the games,etc.

Are they downloading from Google play or Samsung? Sometimes stock apps from the Galaxy store keep downloading.

There are some Verizon apps that you can permanently delete like Slacker, NFL mobile, VZ protect and VZ Navigator. These can be deleted not just disabled. There are some Samsung apps that can be deleted like Samsung Health, etc. I delete those too.
Google Play/TV, Music, Hangouts I consider bloatware. Deleted.
All the preinstalled games? Deleted
The games Final Fantasy, etc. and Crap like Bank of America, Yelp, go90, NFL mobile, etc. that I deleted are the ones that mysteriously reappear.

it might be that when you uninstalled they only removed the updates. mine have done that. go back through under system apps and see if they are still there, some even change names. they don't take much space do try turning off notifications and use background data. that should keep them from doing anything.
s health always keeps coming back. I have never used it.

I haven't had a Verizon phone since the LG G3 and forgot how bad Verizon is about all their apps. they actually still put navigator on their phones? But I was never able to fully uninstall them, even on my 2017 Moto Z play I use for work.

Nah. I know what you're saying about the remove updates but that's normally for apps that can only be disabled.
These were deleted/removed/erased from the phone. Which means they are not suppose to magically reappear so I set my phone to NOT AUTO UPDATE and so I think this is the resolution to my problem.

I now have control of my phone and the apps.

Now they need a SOLVED button so you can lock the thread.

Check and see if you have DT Ignite in your system apps. if so, disable it. It is my understanding that will reload some of the bloatware that can be deleted.

That's the first thing I disable and just an FYI it is now called Mobile Services Manager.

Thanks for the Mobile Services Manager info. I just checked my VZW S8+ still has it as DT Ignite, but like you, that is the first thing I disable.

mate, if you still have this problem, deleting apps from a root app or by a file manager with root access won't do it,
learn the paths, for me they were
>custpack>app>removable and unremovable
these are the apps I wanted to delete and more in >system>app> various folders

so,
go to twrp>mount and check everything
check system, check custpack, check data
go back and go to twrp>file manager
go to the paths you found the apps you wanted to delete (find them in a file manager beforehand)
and delete them one by one,
they're gone.
