Deleted Call Log retrieval HELP NEEDED ASAP!!

I need help! I dialed a number the other night and it rang three times without anyone picking up or it going to voicemail. The call did not register with at&t. Later that night I erroneously erased my call log.

I cannot find a way to get into my phone and retrieve that number.

Can it be done?

Who can help me?

Go online and check your calls.
At least on Verizon you can do that, otherwise no go.
