Deleted Contacts Keep Coming Back! Help!

I keep deleting contacts I dont need and they are even deleted from my gmail contacts, but somehow, someway, they keep re-appearing in my phone. Has anyone else experienced this?

How can i fix this and/or delete all contacts and re-sync with gmail after I make sure they are all gone from my gmail address book?

If you goto the accounts folder inside your app drawer, check to see if gmail is set to sync with the phone. That won't keep them from reappearing in gmail, but should keep them from bloating your contact list on the phone.

These contacts were in gmail when i originally synced but they are not in gmail now, and when i delete them from the phone they keep coming back. I've checked every gmail folder including other contacts and they are gone. I dont know why when i delete them off the phone they keep coming back

I am new to MotoBlur, but could they be coming from there? Did you add gmail to your MotoBlur account?

I deleted all the contacts from the phone and then re-synced with my GMAIL account which has all the correct addresses. So far so good!
