Deleted Hotmail messages showing back up in inbox

Howdy all!
I have a DNA that is linked to my hotmail acct. Recently (withing the last week or so) 10 minutes after I delete e-mails from my phone inbox, they show back up again. This is the only e-mail account I have on this phone. I was wondering what settings I changed to cause this to happen. Seems weird to me.

I use the Outlook app because my Hotmail accts starting acting up on the stock email app.

Something might have changed on their end because it used to work fine.
