deleted os for htc one (sprint)

I deleted the entire os on my htc i do have access to TWRP and have tried ADB sideloader but my PC will not recognize that the phone is even connected via USB. there is no recovery backup on the phone. I'm stuck and need some direction in lame-ins terms to get it back up and running. It is "tampered" and "unlocked" .. i need help

Go into boot loader , and fastboot oem relock , once done with that you will need to ruu your device . This is the only way to save it .
