deleted photos and videos

hi i was clearing my phone for storage and deleted my photos and videos accidentally how can i get them back as they are not in cloud..

Did you have them backed up anywhere else?

There are programs that can help. You have to load them into your computer and follow the prompts. Until you do, do NOT save any more files, as they will overwrite any files you are trying to recover ..
