Deleted system apps and now I'm stuck on LG Optimus F3 Virgin, how can I get off of this?

Deleted system apps and now im stuck lg optimus f3 virgin

I installed System app remover (ROOT) by Jumobile and deleted anything that wasn't system except playstore (I know stupid move hindsight 20/20 yadayadayada) and the my phone froze up and I factory reset (hindsight 20/20) and when it came back on evertime i try to view my apps it says "Unfortunately, Home has stopped." playstore won't launch and i have no keyboard. Btw I'm rooted with kingo

Go to LG Optimus F3Q - XDA Forums and learn how to flash the ROM to it (there are two apps you can use, I prefer the LG Flash Tool), and where you can get the appropriate ROM image file. Then flash the ROM and the phone should be back to the way it was when you got it.

Since you did a factory reset, there's no data left on it to lose by flashing a new ROM - the reset wiped it all out.
