Hi good folks, I'm in need of some help. My girlfriend has a galaxy s7 and this notification started popping up, asking her to agree to these conditions that they can collect information in order to personalize ads. She doesn't want this, but this notification keeps coming back over and over despite disablng notifications from samsung account. The only option seems to be removing her samsung account.

Now to the question(s). What do we need to keep in mind before deleting the account? She wants to change to some other cloud service making sure that no data is lost in the process. That is, pictures, calendar content, etc.
Is there a way to somehow transfer the data to another cloud service, or does it need to be done manually?

Also, what cloud services can you recommend?

I hope you have found something in the 5 days since your post. What you want to do is easy. There is no need to backup to Samsung. Use your Google Account. Sync and backup everything you want. After verifying, you can stop backing up to Samsungs cloud, and then do what you want with the account. You will lose out on alot of the features from Samsung, so imo, I would silence the reminders.. It's in the settings.
