But I didn't buy an AT&T device so I could use google wallet. There has to be a way around this. Is there any way besides flashing another rom?

Mine will be here tomorrow and I had planned to simply use the SIM from my one x + and use it on AT&T's network. I don't have the phone yet so I obviously can't see the choices, but it would seem if you chose "Consumer network" you would still have to input the APN's for the carrier you wish to use, i.e., at&t or tmobile. If you select the carrier during setup and insert an appropriate SIM, it should automatically populate the APNs. If someone actually chose "consumer network" during setup, could they tell us what the end result was?

From what I've seen so far from the youtube videos that show how to install google wallet on unsupported devices, you have to modify a file on your phone to tell google servers that you're using a supported device in order to install. I've been using google wallet for awhile now, not liking that I have to go back carrying a wallet

I think you should have called them and asked for overnight shipping. I had standard shipping, but I called them 2 days back and requested for overnight shipping as the mail suggested. They gave me overnight shipping right away. I am getting the phone on Monday.

For you it may be a little late now to ask for the overnight shipping.

Yeah, I had the same issue, and was able to call up and get them to change my order to Overnight Shipping on Sunday. My phone is schedule to arrive on Tuesday though

So apparently UPS tried to deliver my One Developers Edition today. LetsTalk forced me to send it to my billing address (home, which I'm never at during the day), so I was hoping it would come FedEx which has an easy pick up place for me in the evenings, but it came UPS so I've had to use the MyShip address change option ($5) to get it delivered to work, hopefully tomorrow. The sad thing is my wife was actually at the house this morning, and she was on a conference call with some of us at the office and I heard the doorbell ring over the phone, and I thought to myself well there's no way that's UPS with my phone because surely I would have received a notice it was on its way ... Then I check my email and there's the UPS notice that first attempt made arrgghhh!! Oh well, at least it's here this week, I'd already resigned myself to next Monday.

well i noticed i still had 2 day shipping and it was expected to arrive wednseday, i asked them if it would be shipped overnight like the email said, they said yes, magically my order status just changed to one day shipping, so looks like shipping today, delivered tomorrow, guess the picking stage isn't to late to change shipping type.

No one can go to the post office to pick it up for you? My local office closes at 6pm and and my wife gets home before I do. When there's a delivery attempt on an important package, I have her go to the post office to pick it up before they close and it's no problem. You or your wife could not go pick it up?

The reason she was home was she was leaving for the airport at 11:30, so she's gone Plus picking stuff up at the downtown Chicago UPS facility is a nightmare, so its easier to just have it delivered to the office tomorrow. If it had been at the post office that would have been easy

I'm trying to side-load the wallet.apk from my EVO LTE but I have to figure out how to get S-Off and root the device in order to do so since the /system/app folder needs to be mounted r/w to adb push the file.

Anyone have any ideas?

It isn't just AT&T. The store reports that it isn't supported on the HTC One.

Let me get this straight, you guys ordered the DE from the HTC website right because I only see contract phone from Letstalk. How long will the shipping take? I bought the One full price from ATT but I want the 64 gb now. Also, will the DE work on ATT LTE network?
