Developer options... (AW-noob alert)

I am new to AW, so sorry if this is commonly known already. I was playing around with my 360 gen2 this morning and found out you can enable Developer Options just like you can on a phone:

Settings => About => Build Number (tap several times quickly)

-manually enable/disable wifi radio
-Show/hide screen tap location
-Allow mock locations

etc

Im having a message that says "Developer options is not available for this user". I have samsung s6, updated my android 6.0.1 for april 2 patches. Please help.

It sounds like you are somehow a secondary user and not the admin...
