Instead of developing photo editing app, develope a camera app which will have manual controls like DSLR. There's no such app in android like windows phone have a app called "nokia camera".
There are thousands of photo editing apps. So if you develop a camera app it will be popular if can make this really great.

Camera FV-5 and Shot Control have tons of settings to adjust.

Thanks. Tell me can I have selective focus like a DSLR and those things? Actually I can't make good use of my mammoth 13 mp camera while lumia users can use their 5mp camera more efficiently. In windows phobe the app is free also.
