Device doesnt charge thru computer USB port?

I connected my note 4 to my laptop at work today in hopes of charging it... It is a media only connection! arrrgh.... Is there a setting for this? Its hard to believe you cant use a usb port on another computer to charge the Note 4....

You might try the Note 4 forum, you posted in the Note 10.1 tablet forum.

OMG, I dont know why I typed Note 4... I have a Note 10.1 2014... more coffee required....

Wow, I've had my GN/2014 for just over a year and never tried charging it with my desktop computer but assumed it would. I just tried and sure enough it's not charging
