Device status

My wife and I both have the Samsung s4 but on hers it says device status custom and on mine it says normal. What does the mean? I can't seem to get hers to show up on the laptop

As far as I know it means a custom rom is on the device.

you have to let us know what carrier. firmware,which can be found in settings,more,about device,baseband version

It's on O2, 4.2.2 and the baseband is i9505xxuamdm. Hope this helps

Do you have a superuser app on the device? Some have an unroot option.

Might be. I never willingly unroot.
