I feel dumb asking this, but my device storage is full, and I can't even update apps.
I have a large SD Card with a lot of unused space.
I've tried to connect a USB cable so that I could browse the contents of the storage, and move/delete stuff, but the phone never shows up as a drive in Windows. I tried on multiple computers.
I'm rooted, and am running 4.3 (blocking 4.4).
How is this sort of thing normally resolved? I don't want to have to browse every folder in Astro File Manager looking for the bloat, is there an easy way to get this under control?
