How much storage is your system/User data using? I had one device replaced and the second one is doing it also using 20gb. T- mobile and Samsung the system/ user data should be no more 3-4gb.

Not had that before and not with Verizon 9+.

Who says the system/user data should be no more than 3-4gb? Mine is at 29gb. That includes the OS, apps and everything else Samsung bundles in.

My system/user is 21GB. That's generally around normal.

I don't know who told you 3-4GB, but they are wrong.

Now I understand what the OP is referring to. There are a several things that take space. Storage formatting (can be reported differently, depending on firmware), Android operational allocation, video allocation and stock apps.

3 to 4gb is not even enough for storage formatting.
