Android Central Question

Today I found that this Samsung protected app (so I can't delete or disable it) has used 95GB of my 128GB storage. My device is a Galaxy Tab S5e. After deleting all data it reduced to zero but immediately began to grow again (up to 400MB within just 6 hours. I cannot delete or disable it without rooting my device and I'd rather not do that. I am running a version just one below the current version but am reluctant to upgrade unless I know it has a fix in it for this problem. Has anyone heard of a problem like this with DiagMonAgenf?
