S22+ started making sound whenever I unlock it

Starting earlier today, whenever I clear the lock screen on my S22+, the phone makes a sound. "boop-boop" in rapid succession, a high tone then a low one. It doesn't matter whether it's bringing me to the home screen or the last app I had up. No message pops up, nothing new appears in my notifications. I've tried restarting the phone, but no difference. The most recent change to the phone was on Friday, when I set up my new Samsung earbuds in the wearables app. Oh, and last night I also changed the settings in Quick Share to allow "contacts only" instead of "no one". But this new tone started only 3 hours ago or so.

I can't imagine what I did to cause this, but it's kind of annoying. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

UPDATE: It look like it also makes the noise if I go into the camera, then exit it again to the home screen.

If you don't want to hear any system sounds or only certain ones, you can select which to hear or to turn all system sounds off.

None of the 5 things shown will turn off this new sound. However, if I turn the volume off for all system sounds, the new sound becomes a vibration. So it is some kind of system sound, but not one I can turn off from that screen.

Try safe mode to see if any third party causing this and make sure NFC is off, Bluetooth off and no air tags.
That did it! I figured out that the sound goes away when I turn off NFC. Did some reading, and it turns out this is the sound the phone makes when there's an NFC chip nearby. I just got a new phone case, and my debit card is in there. I'm not sure what the phone thinks it's going to do with the card, or how I can stop it without turning off NFC. I pay with my phone all the time, so NFC can't be off for me.
Thanks for your help!

A follow-up note for anyone else who has this issue and finds my post: It looks to me like there's NO WAY to turn off this NFC notification sound. The best you can do is to turn the volume for system sounds all the way down. This is in the Sounds and Vibration section of your Settings. But this won't stop it from vibrating in place of the sounds, and you can't stop the vibration even if you turn down system vibration volume all the way. It also means you won't get any other system sounds either. Thanks so much Samsung!

Ok I might have a way to silence it
Go to settings>apps>in my screenshot where the red circle is tap it >toggle on the very top show system apps then at the bottom before exiting tap ok>now scroll to NFC and tap>notifications tap >turn off sounds and vibration.

I already tried this. Sadly, it doesn't stop the sound.
