dialer keypad sounds

Is there anyway to change the dialer keypad sounds from the bubbles to something else ?

I already asked and nobody can tell you how to fix it just to turn it off.

I haven't tried this, but the bubble sound file itself is located at /system/media/audio/ui and is called TW_Touch.ogg

I bet if you tried replacing that file with whatever sound you wanted and renamed it back to TW_Touch.ogg, you'd probably accomplish what you want (maybe a reset and/or a cache wipe in cwm recovery).

oh, yeah, sorry, forgot to mention that. Must be rooted to access the system files

Hi, I've recently changed the bubble sound on most the samsun UI interface, but what remains in the dialer keytones. TW_Touch.ogg file in system/media/audio/ui is for general bubble sounds. The S_HW_Touch.ogg file is for the illuminated hardware bottuns back and menu. However, bubble soung for the keypad dialer still remains...I still have yet to find out where this file is located so I can replace it.

Anyone with any info. Please let me know.
