Dialing extensions?

Hello, everyone. Just picked up my G2 and I'm loving it so far. Only issue I have, phone extensions. Anyone know how I can edit a contact so that a number is dialed, a pause is inserted, then the phone automatically dials an extension or code? I've tried commas and semi-colons with no luck.

Commas worked after I wiped my phone. Weird bug...
