Did Samsung get rid of the ICS folders???

I can't seem to find any way to get the stock ICS folders to work.. dropping icons on top of each other, and the icon just moves over. Did they remove this amazing feature?

It's kind of there but you have to do it from within the app drawer after hitting edit. Try a third party launcher like Nova or Apex.

Are you talking about creating folders? Yes, need to create a folder first, then drag and drop.

Yes, small feature but curious as to its exclusion.
