It's been 2 months since I got my S8 Plus. And I have to say, I LOVE THIS FREAKING PHONE. Using it with no case is such a pleasure (case only when I'm out and about). But seriously, what a treat to use!!!

Full disclosure: That being said, I will be getting Note 8 LOL. Just because I have a phone problem and I'm not afraid of admitting it.

Haha, I hear ya on having a phone problem. I'm not afraid to admit it either. Lol. Don't think I'll be getting the Note 8 but I might be grabbing an LG V30. In the past couple years I've had an S4, S5, M9, S6, S7 Edge, V20 and S8+. Lol

V30 seems very promising. Samsung Pay got me hooked though. My most recent phones are Note 5, Nexues 6p, Nexus 6p, Nexus 5x, Pixel XL, S7 Edge and now S8 Plus. I know for a fact Note 8 will be next. But so will Pixel XL 2 I think!

The Pixel seemed great except that it has no expandable storage and I also couldn't even get it on AT&T. Very curious about the V30. For me, the Note line never seems to have enough for me to want to switch.

Pixel is useable on AT&T. I had it before the S8+. Currently have it at home trying to sale it. Lol

I really like my Galaxy S8. Plus, just like you. My advice, a good heart one, RhinoShield Bumper case. It's just a Bumper, the screen stay naked and the back stay naked too. Here comes the amazing thing, my S8+ took a seven feet fall face down on concrete and is in perfect condition. Never used this RhinoShield before, my Pixel XL dress a OtterBox Defender, my former Galaxy S6 OtterBox Defender too. So think about it, front screen and back naked. I never used a Note phone, not sure if I'm going to buy it, but if I do I'm very sure a RhinoShield will dress it.

I had RhinoShield on my Nexues 6P. Was ok but never was fully excited about it. U currently use Spigen Rugged Armor when phone is not naked. Something about that case that makes it bearable, tought but small profile. I actually would get RhinoShield if it's a bit cheaper.

I really love this phone... even before I bought it

To me, it's the best game changer of phone designs...

Moto RAZR, iPhone 4 and now the S8 (HTC M7 honorable mention)

You will sure miss T-Mobile when you can't use phones like one plus 5 or many other similar unlocked non carrier phones

That's the only reason I don't even want to try Verizon, never can use carrier only phones. Want freedom to use anything I want to satisfy the phone addiction. Lucky for me I get great T-Mobile service in my location so it hasn't been a problem.

Used VZ for years and years. Moved to AT&T just couple months ago so I can feed my phone addiction even more. Have to admit though, VZ signal is unmatched.

Na I won't... Because any phone I have ever wanted to use could be used on all carriers. I never have wanted to buy a OnePlus or something that is GSM only.

I feel much the same about my S8+. I also prefer the "naked" feeling. I put a dbrand dragon skin on the back, full Ghost Armor on the front and that's it.
