Here is a link to the full-size PNG. It's large (over 2 MB), but its quality should be better than the file this forum hosted.

After downloading it, I go into my Gallery app. The image is found in at least two of the folders (look in All Photos). I then long-press on the photo's thumbnail and choose Set As > Wallpaper ....

I would download it from the dropbox link straight to the phone. Spares one the hassle of transferring the file to the phone, imho.
