Didnt recieve $25

I bought my Google nexus 2 days ago when I bought it I gave my email but didn't give a google wallet account now I have found out that i didn't receive my $25 Credit :( . what can i do?
 
You probably did get it.. it shows in the play store. From the web, go to purchase an app, and when it comes to payment method you should see a Google Play credit available.
 
Yeah, the $25 isn't tied to a Google Wallet account, it's in Google Play. There was (and likely still is) a $10 Google Wallet credit given when you set up Wallet and make a Google pre-paid card within Wallet.
 
log into Google Wallet via the web (with the same account you used yo activate your N7), and then click on "Payment Methods". You should have a $25 balance listed under "Google Play balance". If not, then you need to contact Google and request that they activate it.
 
I didn't get it either, but I'm sure it's because I'm not supposed to have the tablet (I live in Norway).

Just do a factory reset. Worked for me when I had that problem.

If I didn't buy any apps yet. If I hit purchase for an app, will it require a confirmation before buying? I just want to see if my $25 credit is there.

Yes. You will get a popup where you choose payment method. If you were to buy an up you can can a refund within 15 minutes also.
