Difference between Samsung Galaxy S4 and S4 Google Edition(LTE)?

I'm used to using LTE phones, and I am looking to buy the Galaxy S4 LTE (Google Edition) but after reading many reviews on CNet and different websites. It seems like the Galaxy S4 is much a better choice!?? Anyone who are using these units offered me some insights of which phone I should buy?? I used LTE in Canada but when I move back to Asia they don't have LTE anyways. Chat away, please...
