Difference of trade in value between Early reservation and when preorder

[Android Central Question]

When reserved ATT version Note 10+ on 7/26/2019 trade in value for Note 9 was $600. When I was reordering the price for trade in the Note 9 was only $300. Contact Samsung was told $600 is correct said it was due to the cache in the website asked me to clear cache and cookies and try again. Result same; still $300. Can anyone help?

Are you ordering direct from Samsung or Att?
