Differences Between 2.11.605.5 Installs

We have 2 Thunderbolts and have installed two different ways on each. On mine I went the clean install from 1.70.605.0 to the Android Police leaked RUU of 2.11.605.5 full install non-rooted. On my wife's we did the OTA download from 1.70.605.0 to 2.11.605.5. Again, non-rooted. A boot difference is on mine (full install) I have a pink "Locked" boot loader (1.05.0000), and my wife's OTA upgrade has no pink sign and is on boot loader 1.04.0000. Either can be rooted with Revolutionary. Don't know why or what difference this might mean as I am not that experienced with rooting or boot load differences.
