One wonders if the S8 will have different processors in different regions like the previous model did?
 
Yes SD 835 in US and few other markets, Exynos everywhere else. Similar to S7, anything else will be a big surprise and unlikely.

It looks like Samsung will be splitting the processors again like they did last year. :)
Don't think of this as a bad thing. Both processors will perform really well and will be an upgrade over any previous Galaxy devices and I'm just excited to get my hands on the new Galaxy S8.

The Snapdragon does beat the Exynos 8895 in Flash storage speed
(UFS 2.1 vs UFS 2.0)

But the Exynos beats the Snapdragon in video recording capability.

Of course it will. US will have snapdragon and international will use the exynos chip.

Excuse me?! 4K at 120fps?! That's madness! That's got to be north of 1GB/min. All of a sudden I'm realizing why we need 256GB phones...
