Digital Keyboard Won't open, Not even on lock screen

[Android Central Question]

ZTE Tracfone. I was just browsing when suddenly the keyboard won't open. Not even on the lock screen Password. So I cannot log into my own phone. I've reset it multiple times, manual and even holding the power button down. won't work.

Well only 1 person said their fix was going to web browser and sign in with same account and look at your apps there and open Gboard ,but I think a factory reset you'll end up doing

I ended up fixing this problem. I shut it down and left it off for 10 minutes and repeated it to find that it finally popped up, I recommend only using number passwords because gboard is not good for lock screen usage.

My ZTE Blade ZMAX's keyboard stopped popping up

I have a ZTE Blade ZMAX and everytime my phone restarts or turns off, the keyboard stops popping up. Which wouldnt really be an issue if it werent for the fact that my phone wont download or update apps unless i restart it, it always shows download pending

Update the Gboard if using it as there was a bug fix for that or use another keyboard .I'll leave a link to register so you can communicate here , as a guest account you can't.https://forums.androidcentral.com/showthread.php?t=409154
