Ok I want to get the V30 but they haven't given any info on it. I'm going to pay my V20 off. I see that I can turn in my V20 to get the Note 8 around $350 cheaper. That's the most that I can get for the V20.

Do you think the V30 will have similar deals? If not I'm going to have to go with the Note just to get the most that I can from my V20.

I've played with the Note 8 and it isn't bad, but I think that I will like the V30 better.

Is there anywhere else that we can sell the V20 for more than 350?

I think prices has gone down quite a bit. I'd figure everyone is trying to sell their V20 now since the Note 8 and V30 is coming out, so you've got big competition. I think $350 is pretty good, especially since you already used it. You can buy it brand new for around $350 or less. If I do get the V30 or Note 8, I'm still keeping the V20.

I always keep my old phones as insurance since its paid for. My last phone was turned into a worldwide GPS and I can download maps for almost any country, I have used it in the NY NJ PA area and it is very accurate. I also use it as a dash cam, you just never know.

Hmmmm never thought of that

I still have all of my old smartphones, and a couple of my old flip phones!

Dang! I regularly sell my phones to pay half for the new phone. I did wish I kept some of it though, I really liked my good old Galaxy S5: water resistant, removable battery, IR blaster, heart rate monitor, flat screen, AMOLED display... missed the old Samsung's. Can't find them new or in good condition anymore.

My list of Android phones:

Motorola C168i Bar Phone
HTC G2 (aka MyTouch 3G, 2nd ever Android phone)
HTC Aria
Galaxy S1 (terrible phone, owned briefly)
HTC Inspire 4G
Galaxy S2
Galaxy S3
Galaxy Note 2
Galaxy S4
Galaxy Note 3
Galaxy S5 (favorite)
Galaxy S6 Active
LG G6 (owned briefly)
Galaxy S7 Active
LG V20 (top favorite)
Galaxy S8 Plus (very briefly)
Back to LG V20

Think I also had a Google Galaxy Nexus briefly as well, it sucked.

Sold y HP Elite x3 to buy V20. Now to sell my iPhone 6s+ 64 to buy another toy a bit later on.

When I got my first v20 on Sprint.. I had some issues and just paid it off and got the HTC u11 and they gave me a new in the box v20 which is currently unopened.

I will be activating it in the next week and use it for my daily driver.

As good as the u11 is, the v20 still has my heart and my ear since I am missing my fm radio and my ir blaster quite a bit.

My advice is to just keep using the v20 since you aren't having any problems with it. Buy a new case and some good cans for it and save yourself a bunch of money....

I don't see any reason to get the v30 or the note 8 over the v20 in all honesty.

I knew you would be back

I saw a manufacturer refurbished T-Mobile unit for $240 shipped on eBay. So $350 used ia looking pretty good to me.

i'm kinda shocked how cheap the lg v20 can be had for now. i cancelled the note 8 and will just ride this v20 out for a while longer, because it honestly is a great phone.

I cancelled the trade in of my lg g4 to get a note 8 as well so I’ll keep my G4 and V20 plus cash in my pocket.

I keep reading about reduced prices on the V20. Where are people finding them? Are these used? Or new from "anywhere except AT&T" (whose price is still an outrageous $830)?
