DINC Sd card problem

I have a 16 GB sd card in my DINC, filled with 3 GB videos and photos, sd card has been working flawlessly till yesterday.
All of a sudden, it became " read only". When I try to tap a video or a photo, it says " your content is unavailable because a storage error occurred". Also, of course, my saving settings set to " save on sd card", but when I record video or photos to sd card, they go to phone memory. When I tap on SD card on settings menu where it says" read only", nothing happens, and also the tab " unmount sd card does not work - it's grayish. But the card is perfectly readable on my PC though. Please, help !

Maybe, I can transfer all data from my sd card to PC, then format it on PC, then format it in DINC & copy everything back to newly formatted card, thanks for the follow up, guys.

im not sure if there was ever a 15gb sd card made, maybe you mean 16gb? i would say just format it and you should be good, but you can also try repairing it on a PC.

You may have a corrupt file somewhere on the card. Before you re-format, back up the files...they will be deleted.
Try adding the files back a few at a time...better would be one at a time until you find the bad file.
Worst case scenario...you may need a new SD card.
