Decided to pull the trigger and order but went to Best Buy and they dont have a demo?

Told if you buy though them they can have it to the store by 30th for pickup or ship to the home.

When asked about the return its not the same as ZTE with 30 day return no cost. Best buy is 14 and $35 restocking fee.

So my question is on ZTE orders show shipping 9/9 for grey. Think it would ship that day or thats when they start shipping back orders??

ZTE will not respond on chat or Twitter?

I ordered last night from ZTE and they confirmed by phone new orders ship the 9th. We will see.

Yeah, bestBuy seems to have a ton in their warehouse. ZTE's got that great two year protection plan though, so it may be worth the extra time.

Yea I am thinking the extra time will be worth it just in case we dont like the phones two $70 pass....

huntnyc you got farther then I did because they kept side stepping me. Here's hoping!

Another advantage of ordering thought ZTE now is Best Buy is back ordered on gray till Oct 25th!

Plus ZTE didnt charge tax Best Buy charges $35 in tax!

Really? The site says it takes 3 weeks.

Its back to Sept 9th.. It back ordered on Monday to Oct 25th...

I want to get the grey. Bit third party sellers are selling it for the mid $500 range. Not worth it. The are trying to rip buyers off. Not worth it

Got the phone in gray last night, had ordered on the 31st of Aug.

1st impressions are good but a little strange on some of the features and how they work. Testing camera today.

Surprised a little bulky and heavy coming from a Samsung Edge 6, screen is bright, battery charging only works while phone is on?

Not liking the dialer only shows contacts at name and number no picture?

Not much. You're just helping out the developer basically. You might also take a look at Truedialer. I'm using it right now.

Wait, so, if your phone is turned off the phone won't charge? Makes no sense at all.
It seems there are a lot of glitches or issues with axon 7.

Also how much did u get the gray colored axon?
On Amazon it's being sold for $550

It would not charge when off but now has fixed it self.

So will rapid charge on and off now.

Bought direct from ZTE gray for $407

Really disappointed in the phone, it has some good points, stereo speakers are amazing, finger print scanner is very fast and works 99% of the time.

But the lock screen bell you have to hit to see notifications, the terrible camera, and bulkiness just makes it a deal breaker.

Sending it back to ZTE this week

Everyone should be satisfied with their phone. If you are not, by all means return it. That said, I can almost assure you they will address the lockscreen bell in next week's update, probably by an on/off toggle. The camera is great in good light, but I agree it's l;acking in low light. Part of the reason is the camera software. it selects too low an ISO resulting in blurred shots. I use a 3rd party camera app I like called Camera FV-5. By selecting an ISO of 400 and bracing the camera, I've gotten some excellent indoor shots. If you shoot a lot in very dark places thiough, you probably want one of the Galaxy S7 variants, but they are $400 more than the Axon 7. You might like the One Plus 3, but you'll give up expandable storage and front facing stereo speakers.
Too bad one phone can't do it all right for a reasonable price. Good luck.
