Directv App showing old receiver?

Okay so basically I have two issues involving the Android DTV app. Which before the newest update 1.9.7 it did not have these problems. So for starters : It seems to be showing a receiver that I had over 2yrs ago which was a standard DVR. Shows the ID and everything which that was how I knew it was my old one. Next would be that it never changes the names of my receivers when I change them. So basically my HD DVR is correct and shows Master Bed. But my basic DVR and that old receiver show Living RM, and I only have one. Why does that old receiver show?

No it does not.. All my current receivers show. I have one HD DVR, One Standard, and one Standard DVR. All showing correctly, with correct room names.
