Disable post-call txt or call screen?

Does anyone know how to disable the post-call screen that asks if I'd like to txt or call the contact again?

No Call Log does it for incoming calls I believe.. if you buy the pro version, it does it for both incoming and outgoing.

my gt-i9300 doesnt do that man. is it a carrier thing?
