Disable screen lock on power?

Hi, this is my first post as my Galaxy S2 has just updated to 4.1.2

I use the pattern option for my lock screen but used to use "No Lock" on ICS to disable the screen from locking with a single button click (for when I'm driving & the phone is hooked into charger)

Since the update, No Lock (and a few other similar apps) no longer works except on swipe (no security!)

Is there a way to disable the lock screen only when the phone is plugged into to charger on JB?
