Disabling ALL vibration

Hello all.
I might be missing someting obvious, but I can't disable the short vibration burst that occurs whenever one long-presses on an icon on widget to move it around.
I have messed with settings related with vibration such as in the sound and input category, and have disable vibration on other events that cause it, like when typing or when pressing the virtual buttons, but for the life of me can't figure out how to disable vibration alltogether.

You can't disable haptic feedback for moving icons or widgets... only for the on-screen buttons, keyboard and notifications.

Don't think you can disable those action-based vibrations or vibrations on the lockscreen.
