Hey...the "Disable" button is grayed out on a number of apps, even though they are NOT device administrators. How do I disable them? Note that I do not plan to root, but read others have disabled them without root.
I tried uninstalling dot view since I don't have one and don't like flip cases. All it did was remove all the updates and I still couldn't disable it.

Open the Dot view app and go in settings and turn it off. That's the best you can do.
