Disabling quick settings on lock screens?

Is there a way to disable quick settings in the lock screen (besides disabling them individually )? I already unlocked System UI Tuner Menu. Reason I ask, I was thinking about if I were to lose or have my phone stolen somebody could disable GPS, data, put phone in airplane mode, etc. therefore making it harder to locate the phone. Now I know some of you may be thinking they can take the sim card out, turn off phone, etc. but if they're trying to unlock the phone and it's still on then that gives me a chance to find it, track it, etc. Maybe Google will address this in future updates?

NOTE- I'm not rooted and not planning on rooting phone.

You can try an alternate lock screen, some of them (specifically Next, as one example) disable access to Quick Settings.

you can modify the quicksetting tiles without root via adb.

adb shell settings put secure sysui_qs_tiles flashlight

but sadly it will modify the tiles in lockscreen and launcher.
there is this automation workaround to swap between the two settings:

I was going to post this as a new thread, but seems more appropriate here...

I want to customize lock screen app notices and it seems like an all or nothing with this android version.
IOW, i want the lock screen to show me some notifications, say texts, certain apps...but not all, I dont need or want to know when my tokens have refilled on game X.

BUT, I want those while using the phone, I'm ok with that. just dont want my lock screen clouded with numerous notifications.

Will "NEXT" do that or is there some other app out there that allows you more control over you're lock screen ?

**** UPDATE **** Nevermind, Next works for me. You CAN customize individual notifications on the lock screen.
