Discoloured horizontal lines across the display

I've had my S2 for about 5 months now and I recently began to notice discoloured horizontal lines across the display with white backgrounds

Any one can help?

Are you experiencing this no matter what you are doing on the phone? If so, it could be a hardware problem, in which case I would suggest you contact your carrier and get a replacement.
