For DISH Remote Access Mobile App: At least 500 Kbps upload bandwidth
For DISH Online Computer Browser: At least 600 Kbps upload bandwidth

Additional recommendation for optimal viewing:

LAN bandwidth of at least 3.0 Mbps

Note: The faster your Broadband Internet connection, the higher quality your video will be.

This is for the adapter. I don't have the info for the 922 or any other Slingbox.

I have had a Slingbox Solo for a couple years now. Used it back in the day on my Blackberry Sh!tstorm 1 and it actually worked well on that (about the only thing that worked).

I have Fios 35/35 and it runs flawless on my TB. And I can access all my DVR content as well.

I just looked at the paperwork for my 922, and it says 150-600kbps as a minimum. But, even using WiFi connecting directly to the 922 from my Galaxy Tab, the picture quality is okay, but there is a several second control lag that makes it unusable. And that's just off the DVR.
