Dismissing or disabling Settings suggestions

i've been using my Umidigi A3X for a couple of months now...it's android version 10

when i go to Settings, i'm constantly bothered by suggestions listed above the settings...today they are

Set Night Light schedule
Customize your Pixel
Add emergency information

there's no way that i can find to clear or dismiss them, or even stop them from coming up altogether...is there anyway to stop them permanently?

i've looked at the Umidigi forums but they seem (ahem) less than helpful (or usable)...hopefully this is an appropriate place to ask

Welcome to Android Central! So there's no 3-dot menu button associated with those suggestions? Can you swipe them away?

nope. no 3-dots on any of the three currently residing atop the first real setting which is Network & Internet

no swiping in any direction makes them go away.

after some looking around, i was thinking of trying to use the adb shell and the following command

pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.android.settings.intelligence

however, i'm not an android guru and am hesitant. a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, and i'm that person with the "little knowledge"

Hi welcome to AC !
use to see this help notes in settings on my google pixels but since andriod 11 haven't noticed. But I wouldn't do anything with adb command unless you know what your doing and can revert back.
