Display cutting out

Hi All.
I just bought an S10E.
I tried to have a video call using Line but the display goes dark after about 30 seconds. I have looked around Settings but I can't see anything that would stop this.
I can set the Screen Time Out to a greater value but I don't want to do that. Surely the screen shouldn't be cutting out while I'm in a video call?

Any suggestions?

Welcome to Android Central! Did you install Line through the Play Store app, or from somewhere else? Any power-saving modes turned on, or 3rd party battery-saver apps installed?

I installed Line from the Play Store. No power saving or 3rd party battery savers installed.

Let's see if anyone else who uses Line can comment on that behavior. If other people notice it as well, then the developers goofed somewhere and didn't code it properly to cause a screen wakelock while you're actively in a call. You'd have to send feedback to the developer about that.
