Why does my screen stay lit up when it's been charged?

Does this only happen while plugged in? If so, go to Settings>Developer Options, and make sure the Keep Awake option is turned off.

If you don't see Developer Options, go to Settings>About Phone, and tap Build Number 7 times to activate them.
